Conference Policies and Code of Conduct

To ensure a safe and pleasant experience for everyone, FASEB has a Code of Conduct and Conference Policies applicable to all attendees. These policies are established with the well-being and interests of all participants, organizers, and staff in mind. By registering for the conference, all participants agree to abide by these policies.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel, participants may log into the conference website and cancel through the system or may cancel in writing by the cancellation deadline; both are subject to a $150 fee. Post-deadline cancellations are usually non-refundable, but visa-related cases will be considered individually.

FASEB Conferences Diversity Statement

FASEB is committed to sustaining diversity, equity, accessibility, and inclusion in the biological and biomedical sciences. Our goal is to create and support a conference environment that is welcoming and safe for all. We believe that the inclusion of diverse participants, including attendees and speakers, is critical to the scientific and educational integrity of conferences. Organizers are expected to design programs that reflect this commitment. As part of FASEB’s ongoing efforts to reach its diversity goals, conference participants are asked to share diversity information. Any data collected from individuals is treated confidentially and used in aggregate format for internal and external review only.
