Regulation and Function of Small GTPases

For over 30 years, this important conference has presented new research advances in the field of small GTPases, fostering new national and international collaborations. Small GTPases are involved in nearly every facet of biology, including cell proliferation, differentiation, cell motility, development, signal transduction, vesicular transport, and metabolism.

This year’s program is focused on small monomeric GTPases, which comprise one of the largest families of signaling molecules in biology. Alterations to these critical proteins are involved in numerous pathological conditions, including cancer, neurodegeneration, metabolic disorders, cardiovascular pathologies, and more.
